SocialKit provides tools for managing, scheduling and publishing content to social media platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use SocialKit.
We may collect account information such as your name, email address and organization information when you create or use a SocialKit account.
When you connect a third-party platform such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X or TikTok, we may receive account identifiers, profile information and authorization tokens necessary to provide the requested integration.
We may also process content you upload, create, schedule or publish through SocialKit, as well as technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, application logs and usage information.
We use information to operate SocialKit, authenticate users, connect authorized social accounts, schedule and publish content, provide analytics and account management, maintain security, troubleshoot problems and improve our services.
SocialKit integrates with third-party services including Google and YouTube, Meta services, X, TikTok and other supported platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
When you authorize a third-party account, SocialKit may securely store access and refresh tokens required to perform actions that you request. SocialKit does not request access beyond the permissions required for enabled functionality.
Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide user-requested SocialKit functionality, including authentication and authorized YouTube integrations. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising purposes.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with infrastructure and service providers when necessary to operate SocialKit, comply with law, protect security, or perform actions explicitly requested by users.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security and comply with applicable obligations. Users may disconnect connected social accounts at any time. Requests for account or personal-data deletion may be sent to info@socialkit.io.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence where SocialKit or its infrastructure providers operate, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
